All ticket sales are considered final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for reasons unrelated to the event organizer, including changes in personal plans or inability to attend.
In the event the tournament is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered, ticket holders will be eligible for a full or partial refund, as determined by the nature of the issue.
By attending the event, you consent to being recorded or photographed for promotional use by the organizer
